To assist you on your path, I offer a variety of clinical methods, such as psychodynamic therapy, hypnosis, EMDR, CBT, energy psychology, and motivational interviewing, along with meditation and relaxation/stress reduction that are personalized to fit your needs and your lifestyle. It is important to have a variety of methods available because you may do better with one form of therapy than another and different emotional issues may respond more positively to specific methods for their resolution.

 

I offer telehealth, which is therapy through a secure computer connection. Therapy is a journey that can transform you, your relationships, and the way you perceive your environment.
